This is a rare opportunity to step into the life of a professional pilot and hear firsthand the stories, lessons, and people behind safe flights and successful teams.
Through real-life stories from the cockpit, guests will gain insight into how strong crews and effective captains truly operate.
The focus is not on ‘right answers,’ but on the process behind them — the preparation, discipline, calmness, and leadership that turn individuals into a team.
The evening will also include a short motivational segment dedicated to what it takes to be successful — in one’s profession, within a team, and in life.
All guests will be welcomed with a glass of wine or prosecco, and the event will conclude with time set aside for informal conversations, networking, photos, and light catering.

The event will take place at Hotel ‘Visualization’ in Plovdiv — a venue that complements the experience with calmness, style, and attention to detail.

Registration and Participation

The evening has a limited number of seats in order to preserve the intimate and personal nature of the experience.
Guests will have the option to choose a ‘Participation + Overnight Stay’ package.

The participation fee is €89.
