Terms and Conditions

Gift vouchers offered by Vizualiza Hotel and Valere Restaurant become valid after successful payment by bank transfer.

The vouchers are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase. After the expiration of this period, any unused voucher will be cancelled and the paid amount will not be refunded.

A reservation for using the voucher must be made at least 10 days in advance. In case of no-show or cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date, the voucher amount will not be refunded.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent. If the value of the voucher is lower than the price of the selected service, the difference must be paid by the guest.

If the voucher is to be used during official or national holidays, prior confirmation with the hotel is required due to possible price adjustments.

The voucher may be transferred, provided that the original voucher holder personally makes the reservation for the third party.

How to Use Your Digital Voucher

• To use the digital voucher, a prior reservation is required via the indicated phone number or email address.
• When requesting the service, the guest must present the email containing the digital voucher.
